    The reason I'm asking is you refer to the moon's declination as "7 degrees south and increasing by about 14 minutes/hour." That's what the moon is doing on 6-29. But if you use that date, you end up with a GHA of around 241°. But if you're at longitude 130°, the GHA should be around 230°.

    Looking at a Greenwich date of 6-30-2009 makes more sense. Here, the 0900 GHA is 217°, so adding  another 50+ minutes looks to put you near a GHA of 230°.

    Looking at Kermit's results, I'd say he used the 6-30-2009 date.
