If you have to worry about the antenna coordinates being NAD27 instead of NAD83 or WGS84 then you are cutting your navigation too close. And what datum was used for the chart that you are looking at?
Here is an example of the data from the website I have previously posted.

It is for the KABC in San Francisco. It gives the antenna location in NAD83 but allows you to convert to NAD 27 which results in a shift of only 96 meters.
Considering the error band when using an RDF it sounds like you are attempting to polish the cannonball.
