Very sad to hear the news of Ken passing away. He was very helpful all along for me. A real Gentleman.

Thank you for letting us all know, Frank.  On several occasions, Ken went above and beyond to help me out, making things possible that otherwise wouldn’t have been.  I’ll use instruments and information I got from him for the rest of my life, and will remain grateful to him as I do.  Fair winds and following seas, Ken.

Ken Gebhart, founder of Celestaire, long-term NavList member, has passed away. He was a patron of all things celestial and nurtured many products and publications in the field, including advancing the design and production of the famed Astra IIIB sextant.
