Great Job and Congratulations Peter.
Would you please indicate the position (LAT - LONG) at/from which you were observing.
Given the somewhat "approximate" heights you quoted for both JUPITER and the MOON, the accurate knowledege of your LAT / LONG would certainly enable to study your Lunar in further depth and to better quantify the accuracy of your Lunar Distance Reading.
