    Those writers are obviously lazy and use a spell checker rather than the good old-fashioned MK1 eyeball and brain. Two words that make me very grumpy are "past" and "passed" as in "I walked passed the shop". It was only  a few ago that I felt compelled to correct someone (not on this forum).

    P.S. If there are any errors in this message it is because my MK1 eyeball and brain failed. I accept full responsibility!
