And probably the most confusing term itself, "altitude!" And what also drives me crazy are sloppy writers who apparently don't know the differences between the homophones "sight," "site," and "cite."
Those writers are obviously lazy and use a spell checker rather than the good old-fashioned MK1 eyeball and brain. Two words that make me very grumpy are "past" and "passed" as in "I walked passed the shop". It was only a few ago that I felt compelled to correct someone (not on this forum).
P.S. If there are any errors in this message it is because my MK1 eyeball and brain failed. I accept full responsibility!
