Japanese Navy Type 2 bubble sextant
    From: Ronald van Riet

    hi all,

I just got me a beautiful WWII era Japanese Navy Type 2 bubble sextant
and would like to have a go at getting it back in working order.

The big knob to set the altitude runs very smoothly and the overall
look of the thing is pretty good

One obvious problem is the corrosion in the battery compartment, but
even more important is the fact that I have no bubble.

Would anyone have instructions on how to fix this type of sextant or
have any documentation on this sextant whatsoever (even in Japanese,
pictures could say a lot even if I couldn't understand the text)?

    thanks

    Ronald
