hi all, I just got me a beautiful WWII era Japanese Navy Type 2 bubble sextant and would like to have a go at getting it back in working order. The big knob to set the altitude runs very smoothly and the overall look of the thing is pretty good One obvious problem is the corrosion in the battery compartment, but even more important is the fact that I have no bubble.
