Thanks, George -

I downloaded the file from the link you sent and printed it out -
makes for easier reading. It came to nine pages. It's missing the
pages after 363 - the page which ends with the heading "References"
and has in italics "Anon., Explanatory Supplement to the Astronomical
Ephemeris and American Ephemeris and" ...

I'll try the link again. Maybe my dear old Mac didn't get the whole thing.
