After further investigation I have to triple the numbers in my prior post since it was based upon a power level of 784 mega watts but it turns out that was the electrical power output. Assuming that the plant operated at a 33% efficiency then the heat output of the reactors was three times as much making the decay also three times as much requiring three times as much water, about 300 liters per minute.
