    Oh, your first computation was supposed to be your observed altitude so the intercept is "away"

    So intercept should be 13.7 towards.

    When I do the cosine formula I come up with 19 09.1' not the 19 07' that you calculated.

    My HO 249 (AP3270) gives 19 09'
