You are absolutely right... I do remember hearing last year in class that side-error was not important. But these days information comes from so many sources that it has become difficult to remember where I heard what. It seems that I spend a lot of time wandering around in an info fog... perhaps this is how it goes for those of us of a certain age!
Happy Thanksgiving, all you US folks. A weird one indeed.
(My dad, an Anglophile, used to say that while we celebrate Thanksgiving in November, those in the UK celebrate it on the 4th of July)
