Thanks, Gary, but now my theory is shot. Only the 22 2.8 one (first line) changed in 2002; the other three changed in 2001?

I'm hoping that the second 2001 value was a typo, but ignoring that one, the first changed in 2002, the third in 2001, and the fourth in 2001. WTF? If the second 2001 was was supposed to be 6.2, then maybe the 22 minute values changed in 2002 and the 52 minute values changed in 2001. This could explain why I was still unclear when the changes occurred even after reading Catherine Hohenkerk's email

A few weeks ago we discussed the fact that in either 2001 or 2002 four of the Correction values in the I&C pages of the Nautical Almanac changed. I do not have a 2001 Almanac, and am still unclear as to when this change occurred. If anyone out there has a 2001 Almanac, I would appreciate knowing what it says the Correction value for any of these four entries is:
