I have the temeritry to dive right in - - we oldsters have so little time
we try not to waste it!
I used a Mk 9 & 9A Sextant fom 1942 <>'45 and I am asking if
anyone can put me on the trail
of one so that I can add it to the rest of the 'tools of my trade' and
use it to teach grand & gr. grand
children 'what Gramp did in the war'. I've found a couple in England
but getting them over would
cost more than the instrument!! It may be that I'll have to try
for an American Sextant as a standin?
I'll greatly appreciate any suggestions..
Bill
