I was out for an evening walk. It had been raining and there was no wind. The parts of the sky that were not covered in cloud were very clear in spite of the visual pollution. Without difficulty I saw Jupiter ♃, Saturn ♄ , the moon ☾, venus ♀ , the cross and arcturus ★. I think that mars ♂ was behind a hill in the west. Looking at a nautical almanac app I noted that between the moon and saturn was Nunki. Looking carefully I could just make it our but I suspect that it was too faint for a position line.
