The Sun's apparent velocity is not a constant 15d, otherwise there would
be no need for the equation of time. In modern almanacs this is figured
into the Sun's GHA in the daily pages, therefore no "v" for the Sun is
given. Any slight change in v for the Sun between NA hours is so
minuscule it is lost in the system's noise, so not worth computing for
    celestial navigation.
