I hope I've reached Bill Morris?? I used the Mk 9 & 9A in the RCAF/RAF in '42 <>45. I'm running out of time to 'show ther grand & Gr. Grand kids What Gramp did in the War' I've gathered samples of the gear I used except for a sextant. I found a couple of references in Google's Nav List to a manual that you had covering Mk 9 restoration. This note is asking for information on it. availability? $? I'm sure taht any Mk9 or 9A I find will need attention - I'd like to be forearmed.
