I'll try to get something more from her - from her website - one paper, where I couldn't find the actual citation:

Schulz, A.E., Hoke, Charles, Roley, Daniel, "Asymmetric vulnerability assessment of the GPS and GPS III navigation systems," Space CHOP Mission 11, Jan. 2003, Space Vehicles Directorate, Kirtland AFB, NM.

A talk to an alumni group that has one slide on it:

    http://www.sns.ias.edu/~schulz/talks/BU_Alum.pdf

Some random googling shows interest in countermeasures against GPS jamming:

    http://www.spawar.navy.mil/sti/publications/pubs/td/3155/5a_S4papers/LOCOGPSI.pdf

Evidently the Iraqis tried some jamming during the first days of the war.
