Herbert, I hope this isn't completely off topic, as it deals with sunrises and star rises, etc, but.... I thought horoscopes were based on the heavenly configuration as 2000 years ago, not the current configuration. Thus, on my birthday, March 24, the sun is said to be in Aires, which it would have been 2000 years ago, but now has drifted into Pisces. Does one then just determine the zodiac sign for the relevant planets, etc, and then shift one sign? I suppose Julian calendars, etc, might come into play.
