Linked are two more images. One showing a radar plotting sheet solution of a 45° horizontal sextant angle with a known distance between marks of 16.6 NM. The same solution is shown on a second image using a chart plotting board (thank you Gary). The chart plotting board is not as precise but gets the job done without plotting tools.
On this example of a plotting sheet solution the radius point distance is graphically derived for transfer to a chart. At the chart the radius point can be plotted by arcing the intersection from point A and B using a compass divider. This is the cleanest way to plot the single sextant horizontal angle.
