There is nothing new on this earth. Agreed, I can only say that Mr. Brown
put both Franklin Piloting and the use of the small compass protractor in the 1977 Bowditch pretty well as I described. ( I guess he did not known it was already well known?) If that procedure was already so well known and used, so be it. If it were already known over in other countrys that fine. Up to this date, now, I still have not seen the use of a compass protractor use to mark the perpendicular bisector for sextant fixes? Did overseas also know my "Franklin continusous Radar and Special Radar?
