Yes, in fact, I did hours of work and extensive outside research before my initial posting, going way beyond the requirements of the assignment. I didn't realize, though, that I would have to go into so much detail when I posted. I do believe I was upfront, though, from the beginning. I just wish that you hadn't been so quick to question my character; I take any attacks against it very seriously as I pride myself on my honesty and my ethics. I would love to have you see the plotting I did on the charts, the calculations I performed, and the conclusions I drew from my research. Yesterday morning I had no idea what a Mercator and a great circle chart were, but now I do. Not only do I know what they are, but I also understand how to use them. All I was trying to do was learn.
