In my, albiet limited, experience many of "print-on-demand" sellers do
little more than shrink the pdf to fit the booksize being sold.
Resolution is pretty poor. In my case each page - including margins -
was shrunk to to fit the book format and the diagrams are all but
unreadable.

Just something be mindful of.
