The July issue of Wired magazine (with Transformers on the cover) features a full-page photo of the Horizon Ultra Sextant by Cassens & Plath (page 056, in the "Start" section). The accompanying paragraph says "...real sailors still carry these 25--year-old gizmos...What makes the Horizon Ultra stand out are its finishing touches: a brass-alloy frame to resist warping, a white enamel coating to deflect heat, and a lighted micrometer for judging angles at dawn or dusk." I don't see it on their web page. Maybe they will post it there after a delay. - Jim Van Zandt --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ To post to this group, send email to NavList@fer3.com To , send email to NavList-@fer3.com -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
