Re the Polhemus Computer on ebay, $70 seems a substantial price, though it's a case of someone having one, offering it for sale at a price they think they might get, who knows, perhaps they will.
I purchased one late last year, supposedly new/unused, looks as if it might have been so. Got it from Borogove Books (www.borogovebooks.com). Their address was 2 West Constance Ave., Unit 2, Santa Barbara, Calif. 805-488-0673 Price then was $24, including postage.
They might still have some, Celestaire no longer does, so far as I know.
