If I may horn in here, re the paper size you mentioned, that is "B", looking it up, I found that it is described as Ledger size, ANSI B, 279.4 x 431.8 mm, otherwise 11 x 17".
I do not recall, though I certainly could have missed it, paper for ink jet printers in that size, that is 11 x 17".
As to what to do with the large, blank space on the back of the sheet, no doubt, there are any number of easily forgotten/often overlooked but important rules that could be printed there, hopefully in a size adequate for reading with old eyes.
This thought just popped to my attention, re an 11 x 17"sheet. Folded in half, your earlier chart, and your latest effort could be printed along the 17"axis, I believe, rules and instructions/explanations/examples printed on the other side of the sheet.
