"I received the paperback version from Celestaire as a gift from my sister last Christmas. I asked about the pdf version because I'd like to update the pages in my 'Self contained long term celestial navigation system' (a la Gary LaPook).
Now, I know you're wondering, 'Why don't you just scan and print the pages yourself?' The answer is that I really don't want to mash my book in my scanner in a futile attempt to get the whole page without distortion. This usually ends up creasing the spine and the results are always less than satisfactory. (Call me a perfectionist.)"
...Well, call me impatient as well! ;) I went ahead and scanned the 7 pages from vol. 1 (I don't have the others) and made a PDF. The quality is...less than perfect, but they looked fine to me when I printed them. The PDF is 10.4MB. If anyone's interested, I can send you a link to my Dropbox. Or I could post the link here, but I wasn't sure if it was okay. (Seeing as how I don't own the rights to it.)
Pages included:
1,2 Table 4 - GHA Aries 2011-2019
3 Navigational Stars, Epoch 2015
4-6 Alt. Table 5: Correction for Precession and Nutation
7 Table 6: Correction Q for Polaris
