Knowing that all USNO websites are down, I tried to go to the HMNAO's version of the Astronomical Almanac (AsA) Online (http://asa.hmnao.com) only to get a cryptic message: "Server-unavailable!" I get exactly the same message when trying to visit http://astro.ukho.gov.uk
Assuming this isn't just me, does anybody have any information on this outage? Is this part of some sort of transatlantic conspiracy to deny us celestial navigation data? Ironically, this means that even this year's UK Air Almanac will be hard to come by...
On a related note, does anybody have a copy of the AsA's lunar polynomials for 2020 they'd be willing to share?
