My analogous spreadsheets (attached) agree with yours on the locations of the waypoints. There are differences in the courses and distances for the individual segments between the waypoints; I’m pretty sure it’s because your spreadsheet uses (I believe) great-circle formulae, whereas mine refers to rhumb lines.
