    Henry,

    The sailing vessels are restricted in length from 32 to 36 ft on deck which is too small I think. The length allowed should be increased to at least 40 ft. then there wouldn't be such a pinch for space.

    I'm wondering if a Hamilton 992B railroad pocket watch with 6 temp positions is good enough to double as a CN chronometer ?

    Pub 214 is nice but too heavy and bulky for this race. Pub 249 vol. 1 is the must have table for stars. HO 9 useful tables would be a good add.
