    Welcome!  Sorry not to provide a specific link, but look through the
    archives for posts from Arthur Pearson.  Most of his latest ones
    mention the address of his site, which is a very comprehensive
    collection of things lunarian.
    
    You also can order Bruce Stark's tables for clearing the lunar distance
    from celestaire.com (http://www.celestaire.com).  Bruce provided a
    fairly detailed explanation of how his tables work within the past year
    on this list.
