Dear Frank;
I have tried to send you a similar message to this, but had it blocked for 
reasons I dont know. I have modified it slightly and will try again.

I belive Joan does not want to receive mail from the nav list any more and 
next time I talk to her I am expecting her to ask me to remove George's 
membership.
I am not using his computer at this moment so I wanted to check if it could be 
done from mine,as I didn't want to remove myself by mistake!

  Probably I will have to go and see her tommorrow and then do it from 
George's house, But I need a reminder as how it is done. Perhaps there are 
some instructions in the archive you could point me to.
