Re: GPS Reliability -- Warnings surely must be a HOAX

We do all need to be informed about possible problems
with GPS. For example, there has been concern in the UK
about satellites at certain times of the day being
lined up East-West and hence giving a poor "cut".
The US Govt itself tells us precisely what RIN and
    Philip Ouvry have repeated:

    http://www.volpe.dot.gov/gps/gpsvuln.html

This explains the issue of vulnerability to
    interference.

Loran is getting more funding - at the request of the
(US) FAA - need we say more?
The Trade paper for Loran reports on both these items:

    http://www.loran.org/Newsletters/April%2C2003.pdf

Eyes and brain still necessary, it seems...
