It's my understanding that the GPS signal is below the noise level so needs to be picked out through signal processing including, for the military, the P-code. If the Lightsquare signal adds more "noise" to the environment, pushing the desired signal even further down in detectability, why wouldn't it lead to outages for all users and other possible problems?
