We discussed before the FCC giving approval to a company to build radio stations that will interfere with everybody's use of GPS, including the one in your car, ships at sea and planes with three hundred passengers aboard trying to find airports through dangerous low clouds and fog. I said that it was not surprising that the FCC would do this because it looked like a normal Chicago backroom deal. Now it looks like this has been proven to be true. Hmmmm, what politician from Chicago might have influenced the FCC?

The real question is why did the FCC approve Lightsquare in the first place? I'm from Chicago so I always figure there is some money being passed under the table someplace.

Is anyone on Navlist familiar with the frequency conflicts which potentially threaten GPS as described in the linked letter to the FCC ?
