The vernal equinox (Aries) moves west 0.46' per year, so will it work to simply add that to get the next year's values?

For Aries it is table 5 that will need correcting so that table 4 a. values are still good beyond 2014. Although it does look as if table 5 for year 2014 will be good enough to use for 2015.
