HO 249 Volume 1 page 340 has "Table 4- GHA Y for the years 2006 to 2014" which is a very compact way to determining GHA Y (Aries) for stars.
While the US government is no longer maintaining Pub. 249, Celestaire is maintaining and publishing new editions using the same USNO source data. You can download a copy of vol. 1 for epoch 2015.0 here: https://www.celestaire.com/pubs/category/3-pub-249.html. Of course, you can also purchase a printed copy from Celestaire, too. For GHA Aries, all you need is the updated table for the first of each month for future years. I am attaching a screen capture from the Celestaire file of that data for the years 2011 to 2019 (this is copied directly from the file which you can download at the link above).
