Dear Mr. Kenchington,

This may appear to be a bit out of the ordinary, but I would like to
request a favor relative to getting information on the SNO-T sextant I
recently purchased.  I attempted to join the IRBS - Navigation mailing list
but I keep getting errors from the list server.  Anyway, a Mr. Federico
Rossi who belongs to your list has an English translated version of the
SNO-T soviet sextant manual in an Acrobat PDF file.  Since I don't belong
to the list, nor can I subscribe, I would appreciate your forwarding my
request to Mr. Rossi.

Your website was the only means for me to communicate to your list for this
request.  I trust this request does not pose any inconvenience on you.
