Fw:USNA Brigade In the News: For the Week of June 28 - July 2, 2004
    From: Joel Jacobs
    Date: 2004 Jul 6, 12:20 -0400

I thought some of you may be interested in the NEW training programs at
USNA. The topic of CELNAV is not specifically addressed, but major new
initiatives are in place for a professional education. I edited out the
items which were way off course.
