Hmmm. No, that's not the same thing. That's the Hydrographic Office (responsible for charts, tide tables, and lots of other data), not the "Nautical Almanac Office". As I understand the hierarchy here, HMNAO is presently a small division within the UKHO.
But HMNAO does produce a few other items besides the Nautical Almanac. There are still some navigation tables with ephemeral data, including their equivalent of Pub.249 --which is known as "AP 3270 / NP 303" (no, I do not have that memorized... a copy happens to be sitting on the floor within sight as I type this). And they have their recently released truncated version of the Air Almanac, too, which seems almost like a labor of love with no real market in mind. HMNAO also lists the "Astronomical Almanac" among their joint publications with the US Naval Observatory, however they have only a minimal role in this, as far as I know. There's also something called the "Star Almanac for Land Surveyors" which surely is about as obsolete as can be. And finally HMNAO produces the "NavPac" software, which is updated every few years with new data but apparently no significant software development.
