That sounds good.  Let's have it out by the Winter Solstice, December
21st.

I am actually going to be on a nice ship delivery voyage for a month --
I leave in a week -- so I will not be moderating or updating things
much until late November when I return.

I was thinking of updating as often as appropriate.  If I get a lot of
new material, then it may take a bit longer sometimes, but generally I
was thinking every few days.  I'll post a notice to the group when it
changes.

Not a problem.  This is not supposed to be a burden to anyone.  It is
designed to help us pull our collective knowledge together into a nice
structured document to help newcomers, and to help us remember what we
have debated and learned.  Questions unanswered will just not be in the
FAQ!

I plan on trying to show authorship of the answers, in less it becomes
very hard to track because everyone on the list changed one word or
something...
