I don't think I could recommend this website to anyone wishing to learn CelNav. In Section 1.5, pp 13-19, there are four misconceptions about how and why St. Hilaire works. In addition, using the term "AP" in a completely unconventional manner is sure to confuse beginners.
I've only looked at the introduction -- maybe the rest is fine. After all, there are apparently plenty of successful and happy navigators that really don't understand the intercept method.
