The chart plotter and navigator should have a complete knowledge of plotting geometry and NAVAID selection to insure accurate fixes. Plotting geometry is predictable uncomplicated and easy to use once understood.
The use of the techique needs to be quick, ease and simple.
To use the techique you need not know the below, it is only to explain
how and why it works and nice to know.
