    We had "frites Uru," see attached photo. Uru is the Tahitian name for breadfruit. The "frites" (fries) tasted somewhere between french fried poatatoes and fried sweet potatoes, pretty good. There are many other ways that uru is prepared. See photo of sign hanging in the Papeete market place. gl
