Tony,
These tables are looking quite good. Consider designing a cover page, pearhaps with a Cel Nav theme and add a short paragraph about the table's use. Even an example or two to make the bar and underscore notation clear. One example might be the popular great circle caclulation.
The whole presentation makes a nicely packaged presentation.
