    The only accurate fix on your observing position comes from one phone,
    whose coords you are "pretty sure" were read correctly? Is there any way
    to independently verify them? Are you sure they are the phone coords,
    not the tower? My phone will give either, depending on which screen is
    viewed, and the tower lat/lon is not labeled as such.
