First your TRF as given in fig1 is a very special case and thus not a good starting point for a general argument. It is a special case in that your DR1 is also EP1 ie intercept is zero.
Figure 2 shows that a variety of tracks( DR1-> DR2 ) will lead to the same advanced LOP. That is not a problem.
However for each of those different tracks for fixed second sight solution, Zn & a, we get a different LOP2 and RFix!
