    What I meant is that the quadrant will be used in a shadow casting way. 
    So instead of facing the sun, you will be facing away from it. The screw 
    eye should hence cast a shadow on the cardboard square and all you have 
    to do is aim that shadow on the cross. I attached a pdf with a A4-size 
    quadrant with 15 arc minute intervals. It should fit an A4 and could 
    then be pasted on a piece of plywood. If you prefer larger size I should 
    be able to create everything up to A0 (and create finer scales).
