    Just for fun, I applied a -0.1 minute refraction correction and iterated my solution but saw little effect.  The result being...

    Again, I did not allow for movement of the ship.  In the equal altitude plot below, red is venus, blue is the sun, and green the moon.  I note the ship is moving roughly south along the green moon line so I'd say the red venus and green moon intersection and the blue sun and red venus intersection should should be moved south by about 20 seconds of latitude which will tend to reduce the triangle.
