Exercise #17: Venus around Meridian Transit.
    From: Jeremy C
    Date: 2009 Feb 18, 12:25 -0800

The ship was anchored off of the port of Yosu, Rep of Korea on 10
    January 2009. Position was Lat 34 deg 39.2N; long 127 deg 59.0 E.
Height of Eye is 109 feet, Temp is 0 deg C and Pressure 1017 mB.
Index error is 0.8 on the arc. A very bored chief mate took the
following observations of Venus centered around meridian transit time
of 0645 UTC. The horizon in Korea and the East China Sea is far from
perfect so expect some scatter. Find Lat and Long by celestial
    observation.
