shows a number of copies at 1/2 million then over $1M and $3M.
Greg's earlier post showed the version Layton as the reviser. Now there seems to be one on Google Boosk, 1987 by Cotter. (with Layton.) Haven't been able to find the one by Cotter only as in Greg's link.
