Thanks for trusting me on this, but I will not claim any special knowledge of H.O. 229 (I did recently do some work on 249). But I am sure that some of our other experts will help you out.

PS: You used some basic html tags while editing your message on the message boards. Such tags are currently not available, so those who saw your message by email a few minutes ago would have seen things like <i> and </b> and so on (please do NOT complain, email readers... it's not a problem --just Sean trying out something that is not currently supported). You WILL be able to add a nice variety of formatting tags starting in May. Stay tuned. Meanwhile, I edited the message board / archive version of your post so that the tags work the way you intended them to (though in the Courier font, they don't stand out much). So anyone who follows NavList via the message boards or by daily digests should see your message the way you wanted.
